2. Save the file in the Home folder /home/your username
3. Open a terminal and run this command (just cut and paste them in):
$ chmod +x AdobeAIRInstaller.bin

16-Jun-08Nothing would work for me , absolutely nothing, to get the Debian menu to appear! Im running LinuxMint 5 (An interesting take on Debian/Ubuntu Linux), but I dont think that was the issue, I think I remember it being a toytal shit to make work in a plain Gutsy install I had a while back.
