“Choose your new username carefully. You can only change your username once.” Seems like that was a load of bullshit.

1. Click on Settings at the top-right corner of your Facebook page.
2. In the drop-down menu, click Account Settings
3. Look for the Username option in the list on that page and click Change
4. Type in a new name,
5. Press Check Availability
6. If all is good click on Change
