Im over FaceBook, I will not use it anymore (except to feed my Playlist to…)
I believe its like some awful mediocre suburbs of the internet, a way to corral everyone into a boring, limiting, 1-flavour-for-all interaction shithole.
The above mentioned Playlist thing; What Im Playing to> FaceBook Status message, is currently working as such:
Banshee Mediaplayer scrobbles what I am playing to LastFM, most good players will do this.
I have a perl script running that grabs the info from LastFM and sends it to Twitter
Twitter updates my FaceBook Status
LastFM (bit pissed with them monetizing parts of their service, not that I used those parts really…)
The perl script (Yeah, you need perl installed)
